Co-living offers wonderful flexibility when it comes to choosing a new home. Our minimum 6-month contracts are perfect for trainees within the local area, and we offer a variation of rooms at different price points so you can choose the best space for you and your available budget. ASTs are flexible as we allow tenants to change room or move to an alternative property within the Urban Blueprint portfolio, subject to a new 6-month AST.
