You won’t be walking into a blank space when you live in an Urban Blueprint home. We aim to provide you with stress-free living, meaning we have many perks included in our all-inclusive package. From shared kitchens that are totally kitted out to an outdoor space that is regularly maintained, check out what you will find in one of our properties.
All rooms include the all-inclusive plus package. This includes utility bills (electricity, gas, water), council tax, and super-fast fibre broadband with a mesh Wi-Fi system. It also includes a maintenance and upkeep weekly cleaner for the communal areas, a monthly gardener (March- October), and a TV licence for the communal area.
The rooms are fully furnished with furniture including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table. Included is a luxury ottoman storage bed (4ft or double) with an orthopaedic mattress. The workspace area includes ethernet points. The room will include either a 43” Samsung or LG 4K TV and a freesat 4K HD recorder box. The rooms also include dimmable spotlights, most rooms are larger than the average size and many rooms have an en-suite.
When you move into a co-living home, you will be living alongside supportive housemates who are there for similar reasons – to live in a stress-free environment whilst they grow their careers.
