What is co-living?
Co-living is an increasingly popular way for professionals to live in a comfortable atmosphere surrounded by other like-minded people whilst benefitting from a cost-effective and modern way of renting. You’ll have your own private room (many with en-suite) and share beautifully designed communal spaces.
What’s included in the rent?
All rooms include our All-Inclusive Plus package: utility bills (electricity, gas, water), council tax, super-fast fibre broadband with mesh Wi-Fi, weekly communal cleaning, monthly gardener (March–October), and a TV licence for communal areas. Rooms are fully furnished with a luxury ottoman bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 4K Smart TV, ethernet port, and dimmable spotlights.
How long are the contracts?
Our minimum contract length is 3 months. We also offer a short let option for stays from 42 days, which is perfect for short-term internships during the summer months. Longer contracts are also available if you are looking for a more permanent arrangement.
What do I need to bring?
Pack light! Your room comes fully furnished and communal spaces are fully kitted out including the kitchen with white goods, cutlery, and utensils. Just bring your favourite duvet sets and soft furnishings to make your room your own.
How does the application process work?
Register your interest and we’ll arrange a convenient time for you to view the house, see your room, and check out the shared facilities. Our team will begin the application process, and once your referencing has been successful, you’ll sign a tenancy contract before moving in.
Can I work from home?
Absolutely. Every room has an ethernet port for a wired connection and our mesh Wi-Fi system provides seamless high-speed coverage throughout the property. Many of our tenants work remotely or on a hybrid basis.
Who manages the properties?
Our homes are managed directly by the Urban Blueprint property management team, supported by our in-house build and maintenance teams. You deal with us directly – no agents, no middlemen. We take maintenance and repairs seriously and aim to make your co-living experience as enjoyable as possible.
Is there bike storage?
Yes! We provide safe and secure bike storage facilities at our properties. Stevenage has an excellent cycle network, so many of our tenants take advantage of this to explore the area.
